Frank Konczakowski is an accomplished attorney with 10+ years of experience in Intellectual Property, Business Transactions, and Estate Planning. After graduating from Catholic University School of Law, Frank began his career at a prominent trade association specializing in IP Law, where he established himself as a skilled and knowledgeable attorney. Using that experience, Frank opened his own practice in Philadelphia, continuing representation of that trade association and its member companies, while expanding his services to small and mid-size businesses throughout the country.
Over the years, Frank has represented a diverse range of clients, from small startups to large multinational corporations, in matters related to licensing, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Frank has a particular expertise in strategic IP portfolio management, helping clients to identify, protect, and monetize their valuable IP assets.
In addition to his IP practice, Frank has also developed a strong background in Business Law, advising clients on various business-related legal issues, including corporate formation and governance, day-to-day operations, and contract negotiation.
Frank is known for his ability to provide clear and practical legal advice, and for his commitment to building long-term relationships with his clients. Frank is active in the community, currently serving as Co-Board Chair of Clementine Montessori School, with previous pro bono work with Philadelphia VIP, and Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless.
